Haiku: Space

There’s too much of me,
occupying too much space
The bus seat feels small

watching the warm waves
a welling within, wet eyes
moonstruck by the waves

grey rain, and then scorching heat
Yet I long for Fall

a newfound warmth
my pieces tumble away
a chapter closing

a soft summer dawn
almost perfectly moody
melting of colours

Persimmon Sunset
The light starts to fade early
Goulash and Spatzel

your unforgettable fire
lashes my skin
until we burn so bright

Summer’s Secret shrine
Sailing on the sea slowly
Sun setting sunshine

You look to the moon,
The moon looks to you,
In reflections of beauty

Lost in the echoes
of barren land without snow
Wishing to see you
