Haiku: Stargazing

Stargazing alone,
once your world becomes quiet,
you talk to the cows.

Your understudy
within Shakespeare’s dark world;
becoming Titus.

Too close not to touch.
Arm in arm standing in the
cherry blossom wind.

Disturbed by a kick,
wearing thongs, you take one off;
chasing after X.

a tempting solace
watching the way the birds dance
in the backyard grass

They kick an old tree,
then they stab the outer-bark;
sap tears start flowing.

Pure Green Tea power
Think of matcha gelato
sitting by the sea

They did not want us
to touch the trees and the leaves;
Forbidden feelings.

You wanted to wait
Standing within the grey clouds
You hate being late

Memories of the
pot plant on the window sill.
