A grey Sunday
We sit on the couch
Potato Chips
Cups of tea and coffee
Matching robes
We munch the day away
Watching shows

Mother Nature

Different colours bleed
chaos across the Earth
Mother nature decided
to take it all back
In the pandemonium
we didn’t listen
Now she will make us listen
Now we will have to hear her
Now our world will change
So that in the future
we will all have her
Little Flowers

autumn calls to us from across the sea
shades of vernal delight take your soul
here sunlight hides behind grey clouds
there the burgeon march gathers pace
little flowers dance in the breeze for you
leaves fall onto deserted streets for me
Breakthrough

From the depths of depression and anxiety,
after the harrowing lockdowns and death,
you breakthrough your mind to be.
From the black nothingness
you see the light and walk
with a renewed sense of
kindness and love.
Blossoming Darkness

To remember the trees;
green, tall kind ones.
A land of promise and beauty;
we lived in warmth & peace.
To remember the day
they called us heathens.
Our land, now flowing with blood,
as bodies suffocated the trees.
To remember the trees change;
dying as bodies putrefied, rotted.
Our land without living trees,
until the blossoming darkness.
Pipeline Dream

pipeline dream of translucence
pursuing life and loving living
pleasing streams of ice blue
pleasure in riding a high tide
To Soar

the fire of Earth burns red bright to its core
free of hate with a heart of light, she soars
a heart full of hope and a mind sparked by an inner fire
she sets a course for success and love from her wildfire
Her Love

her heart beats wildly for you,
yet you do not appreciate her treasure
she wanders through landscapes of grey and hurt all day,
yet she always comes back to you
even when her heart beats from red to blue,
she will always love you
remember to cherish her love
Lockdown Frenzy

In a frenzy, they run and jump wildly;
The mania of the many has set in.
Toilet paper tantrums line aisle seven;
Milk splashing dominates the fridges.
Nothing remains for the few sane ones;
Starving from the mob’s unkindness.
Moon & Sea

No air to tell of love and loss,
alone within your space.
Bathypelagic Sand Dollar of the stars,
you seem so diffident.
Calm and round,
you turn tides on or help a heart’s loss.
Oceans look upward,
as your face so bright lights up the night.
