fog moves
shadows play
darkness is close
moonlight shows her face
she waits for the one to arrive
death may come too soon
the knife is close
death awaits
it is done

Define Love
They sit in the park.
The seat is wooden and bare.
New to all of this, he asks her about love.
She thinks for a time, then says, “Love is less than simple, yet more complicated than hard to define. I will not try, but I will say love is beauty“.
He found his heart.
Frosty Sitting
sitting
fresh winds blow
frosty grass crunches
evergreen trees remain
Wild at Heart
I’m falling in love with you.
You’re a drug to me, yet it’s my hands round your neck you love.
Wild tormented girl, you’ve taken my heart.
We drive down the coast, waiting for the world to end.
It might, tonight.
The Nymph

a nymph on the shore,
as the waves move in
she calls to you softly,
yet the words are odd
her expression is plain,
please listen to the sea
you listen for a time,
as you hear sounds
under the waves now,
with her heart so close
her palace of shells,
your watery home
Serious
Serious;
yet when you
say, “Hello“,
I take the piss.
You and Me = Cosy
candles many
blankies set
cakey baked
aglow we sit
watching
In the Shallows
shallow water
shells,
sand,
and
sea
creatures are exposed
as we play

The Detective
troubled and brilliant
he evaluates the scene
always the detective
